I'm Guilherme Klosowski, a Product Designer at Medcloud with a degree in Computer Engineering. I work where product, business and user experience meet, building tools that make healthcare more accessible and easier to use.
I have been studying design since I was 13. I moved through graphic and web design, worked with clients as a freelancer and landed in UX in 2020, at Teleporting. Today, my focus is connecting what people need with what the business needs to deliver.

Healthcare SaaS. I work across the Clinic Information System (CIS) and Radiology Information System (RIS) modules, translating technical requirements into interactive prototypes and developer-ready handoff, working with engineering from design to delivery.
- Led UX improvements for appointment scheduling: automated notification flows, conflict detection between overlapping bookings and analytics dashboards built around key operational metrics.
- Built and maintain a reusable UI component library (data tables, filters, form inputs), fixing usability issues and standardizing terminology between design and engineering.
- Designed patient-facing features balancing clinical accuracy with accessibility, including alternative formats for patients with literacy barriers and self-service access to medical results.
