— About me

I'm Guilherme Klosowski, a Product Designer at Medcloud with a degree in Computer Engineering. I work where product, business and user experience meet, building tools that make healthcare more accessible and easier to use.

I start by understanding the problem and its impact on the operation. I talk to the people who use it, align with product and business, and prototype early so decisions rest on something concrete. In healthcare, a clearer screen gives time back to caregivers.

At Medcloud, I work across the Clinic Information System (CIS) and Radiology Information System (RIS) modules. I led improvements to appointment scheduling, designed dashboards around key operational metrics and maintain the product’s component library, working with engineering from prototype to delivery.

— How I work

From business problem to delivery, side by side with product and engineering.

I like to understand the problem before designing the solution: talk to the people who use it, prototype early and adjust fast.

  1. Understand

I start with the problem and the business goal: I read the requirements, talk to the people who use it and the people who will build it, and understand what needs to change in the operation, before opening Figma.

    • Business goals
    • User observation
    • Benchmarking
  2. Prototype early

I turn requirements into interactive prototypes early on, so the conversation revolves around something concrete.

    • Figma
    • Wireframes
    • Clickable prototypes
  3. Test and adjust

I test with users, track metrics and iterate on what I learn, thinking about accessibility from the start.

    • Accessibility
  4. Ship together

I hand off with specs and reusable components and stay with engineering until delivery, using the same language across design and code.
